Teresa S. Foulger is associate professor of educational technology and program coordinator for educational studies in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University. Her research, teaching, and scholarship are dedicated to advancing technology use in education, developing effective techniques for professional development, and promoting organizational change in support of teaching with technology. Teresa has served as the president of the Teacher Education Network for the International Society for Technology in Education and currently serves as the co-chair of the TPACK Special Interest Group for the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education. She is co-author of the Teacher Educator Technology Competencies (2017).
