Ashlie brings nearly a decade of experience in multidisciplinary STEM research, evaluation, and strategic planning. She currently serves on the research team for Understanding the Career Trajectories, Effectiveness, and Retention of Noyce Scholars in High-Need Schools in Oregon and has contributed as an external evaluator for four NSF-funded Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship programs at Pacific University and Vanderbilt University. Her recent work includes equity-centered strategic planning for STEM and career education initiatives, mixed-methods evaluations of in-school and out-of-school STEM programs, and a national landscape scan of STEM out-of-school time programming.
