Elizabeth is a managing researcher with over 20 years of experience in education research, evaluation, and technical assistance. She is currently co-leading a research practice partnership with Pacific University on the National Science Foundation-funded project Understanding Noyce Scholar Career Trajectories: What Keeps Noyce Scholars Going? and leading a National Science Foundation funded study, Gauging Enduring Language and Racial Equity Pedagogy in STEM. Other STEM focused recent work includes partnering with Oregon State University to support the Language, culture, and knowledge-building through science project, funded by the National Science Foundation through ongoing technical assistance and evaluation services.
